Jeffry Schneider is a Manhattan native and notable veteran of the financial industry. After graduating from University of Massachusetts, Amherst he began working for several well known financial firms. With a wide array of professional skills and a keen knowledge of alternative investment strategies, Schneider continues to master his surroundings in and outside the finance world. Aside from his interest in alternative investments, Jeffry Schneider is a dedicated fitness and health enthusiast. While residing in Austin, Schneider actively trains for Ironman and Half Ironman challenges. An Ironman Triathlon is a series of long-distance triathlon races organized by the World Triathlon Corporation. The race consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26.2-mile run, raced in that order and without a break.

The Ironman and Half Ironman challenges are considered to be the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world. Jeffry Schneider has participated in challenges that took place in Texas, New Zealand, Florida, Saint Croix, California and Chile, and he continues to train for the upcoming Ironman in Croatia. Jeffry approaches his fitness and his career with the same mindset: through tireless diligence and the drive to exceed expectations, he consistently establishes himself as a leader in the respective field.

Growing up in Manhattan, New York, Jeffry actively participated in numerous sports. Schneider’s interest in fitness began with soccer and developed into swimming, running, biking and weight lifting. Today you can find him pushing the limits on Austin’s Town Lake running trail. More recently, Jeffry Schneider’s efforts are dedicated to maintaining a healthy diet and providing nutritious food for the workplace.

Schneider continues to provide fitness, nutrition and health tips for his colleagues and peers. His insightful approach to nutrition and adventurous approach to fitness continue to influence and inspire those around him.

Jeffry is the Founder of Ascendant Capital LLC and resides in Austin, Texas. Prior to Ascendant Capital, Jeffry held senior positions at Paradigm Global Advisors and Axiom Capital Management. In addition to keeping fit, Jeffry enjoys traveling the world and has explored Southeastern Asia, Europe, South America and the Caribbean extensively.

Jeffry Schneider cares deeply for a number of causes that help the less fortunate and is a contributing member of the Gazelle Foundation, Wonders and Worries, Cherokee Home for Children and several other charitable organizations.
